On November 21, the Central Buddhist Guiding Committee held the largest ever national incense offering ceremony at the cultural and spiritual complex atop Fansipan.

At exactly 3:30 p.m. on November 21, the Great Ceremony officially began with the ceremony of flagging the flag from the Amitabha Buddha statue area, passing Arhat road to Kim Son Bao Thang Tu.

This amazing natural phenomenon repeated many times continuously throughout the ceremony made everyone present at the top of Fansipan at that time extremely surprised and excited.
